Cannot create page

I never tried to add a new page in the wiki after upgrade (from vw 3 to vw 4), but today I tried and got this error:

So the VaultWiki shows me $vbphrase[usernametaken] twice with my nickname. Of course I logged in. What can I do? Permissions for admins and moderators all setted to Yes.

VaultWiki Team
Fixed in the current download. In vault/core/model/db/vw.php, find:

$keywords[] = array($keyword);

Replace with:

$keywords[] = $keyword;
