XF multiquote function is missing in discussions

There is no multiquote function in discussions. XF has added this function in XF 1.3

Fixed in the next release. It's kind of annoying that the 'postIds' of the quoted posts is a hard-coded variable. Would have liked to be consistent and call them comment IDs or at least be generic and call them quote IDs.
