Issue: Contributor list has line break in it

Fixed in the next release.

This was originally done on purpose, to give room on the right-hand side for the Creator/Last Update the same as we used to have in VW3. However, we forgot to put the phrases in so the right side was always blank.

For the next release, the appropriate phrases have been added back in, and some extra logic has been added to avoid repeating the same name a ridiculous number of times or by displaying dates that don't make sense in context (usually due to an import).

However, it was realized that the previous side-by-side display is no longer prudent due to the reduced article width since VW4 has a sidebar and VW3 did not. For this reason, the contributor name list will now take up a full line. The creator and last update now appear above it, since by many opinions this information is more valuable than a list of names. The list of names will not appear if the only contributors are the creator and last updater.

For future reference, the creator/last updater will share the same line as copyright info, which has not yet been implemented on the UI side, but you may have noticed has already been in the template for several versions. If there is no creator/updater for some reason, although I think this may be technically impossible at this point, then only the copyright info would appear.
