Comments Tab Database Error

Clicking "Comments" causes a database error

If I click on the "Comments" tab above a page, it crashes with the following database error:

For your "Wiki Pages" area, please check the corresponding record in the 'vw_area' database table and let me know the value of 'topiclist'. I don't really see this happening unless the value is just a comma. And if that's true it leaves me wondering what a comma is doing there.

The value I see in "topiclist" for the "Wiki Pages" area record is : -2.

Is perhaps the 'pageid' = 0? -2 is a non-empty value and shouldn't be able to cause a database error when used in this way.

"pageid" for "Wiki Pages" is 3
"parentid" is 0
area_childlist is 3
area_parentlist is 3
areaid is 2

There are only two areas, areaid 1 = System, areaid 2=Wikipages

I cannot duplicate this issue on your site using my existing test user. It is possible that you changed a setting somewhere and the bad data that was causing this was rebuilt, or you already re-installed from the last botched install. If you are able to find a combination of settings that will reproduce this error, please let me know. Otherwise, I will be marking this as a Duplicate caused by the failed install attempt.

Now this is supremely strange... I'm not sure what in the settings changes I was doing might have had any effect on this, but now "Comments" tab functions correctly.
