Wiki areas listing is not responsive

Take a look on mobile. The wiki areas listed on the main wiki page are all mixed up on mobile.

Actually, every element of VW needs a review in regard to responsive style. Because there are various issues in responsive. Especially in regards to listing of areas, pages, history, etc.

Fixed the elements you mentioned where they weren't "responding" well, including some others (Special pages, other multi-column lists).

Beginning with the next release, if there are any other issues you notice with regards to responsiveness, please report those separately.
