Only one preview on editing

It used to be when you went to edit an article, you could Preview it, make changes and Preview it again. Now you can only Preview it and then Save or hit the back button. It was much easier to just make changes, hit Preview again and then Save it once you were finally satisfied with the results.

There is supposed to be a preview button there, but I believe I've come across this issue on occasion. Confirmed.

Fixed in the next release. This occurred for vBulletin < 4.1.4.
