Forum Header Shows above Permission Errors

If there is a forum header defined for a forum that I don't have permission to view, I can still read the forum header when I visit that forum. While it might be okay to read the forum header, since the source has its own permissions after all, it is very confusing to see any content and then be told below it that we don't have permission to see content.

Even though users reported this on XenForo, I was only able to reproduce this on vBulletin. Either way, I have added some detection that the page output is an error message so that integrations are skipped in this case.
