Manage Subscriptions Notification Type always "None"

Fresh installation of v4.0.0 Gamma 4.
PHP 5.3.27
vBulletin 4.2.2

Manage Subscriptions ->

All listed subscription items show as Notification Type "None", regardless of what options were chosen during item creation, or as changed through the Subscribe tab, or even as updated through Selected Items-> Change Notification ... making it difficult if not impossible to tell what notification type you have selected where.

Have I missed something, or is this a bug?

Fixed in the next release. Most notification type selections were not being saved, using either the default 'None' or whatever the user default was.
