Drop Down Menu

For some reason the drop down menu doesn't link to the "Special Pages", "Books" or "Recent Changes". I get the following error:

Not Found
The requested URL /.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
