Database Error Before Upgrading

After uploading Gamma 3, before the install script is run, wiki_index.php and potentially the entire forum (if using vB-style simple URLs), will be met with database errors.

Fixed in the current build. This occurred because vault/core/controller/route/vw.php had database changes in Gamma 3 that were not properly wrapped with a version check.
