Issue: Hangs at Step 5 of the installation process!

Thankfully it was a simple problem to find and fix, so this time we didn't need it. But please in the future make sure you submit as much error data as possible.

Your download contains some developer code that was not fully removed when the ZIP was compiled. You should be able to at least bypass the problematic section by making a small file edit.

In vault/core/controller/install/full/steps/vb3.php, find and remove:
In the future remember that both 23% and Step 5 are arbitrary numbers that can change depending on your site configuration and how many times you have attempted the install/upgrade.

What we normally need to go on is the contents of the install progress window, which should have a list of the steps that were completed so far. Even better if you can see it in your browser's developer tools is the response data from the last PHP request. Without at least the progress window's contents, we don't know where you are stuck and where to look for a problem.

Well it gets to Step 5, and nothing displays after Step 5, what does it do at step 5?

I updated the above post with a fix, but as I said and you completely ignored with your response, in general for these errors, we need to know what displays before the "Step 5" text. What does it say under "Step 4"? Only going by the numbers, Step 4 and 5 are different for everybody. That means we don't know what it does. But if you can tell us what your Step 4 did (but we really need to know what Steps 1 - 4 did), we would be able to figure it out.

The fix you provided solved the problem, i will keep in mind to try to copy and paste all i see, including a screenshot if i must.
