Gamma 2 Upgrade error

Gamma 1 -> Gamma 2 upgrade error occurs on Step 5:

I think this occurs if you upgrade VaultWiki 4 again and you never removed VaultWiki 3. Try downloading the ZIP again, I should have just removed the conflicting entries from the template file.
