Error commenting on page

Leaving a comment on a page, using 'More Options'

Fixed in the next release. In vault/core/view/ui/comment/vw.php, find:

vw_Hard_Core::fetch_hook

Remove this line and the line after it that looks like this:

require($plugin->get_controller());

VaultWiki doesn't use hooks anymore in Gamma.
