Clicking links causes invalid thread error

If there is a link to an article that does not exist, it will point to a dummy article in the namespace's Top-Level forum that says "There is no text in this page." However, sometimes an admin might forget the set the Wiki-type on the Top-Level forum, and we are instead sent to a showthread.php?t=

Viewing a "new" article in such a namespace will now show an error message. Admins will also see a brief description on how to solve the problem.
