      Forums Blank After Install
After installing, forum loads blank and <!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: STANDARD_ERROR --> shows in Source Code

I'm vBulletin 3.8.7 Patch Level 3, and I've had a previous version of VaultWiki installed for some time. But I had to close the forum about a year ago, and only recently opened it back up. So I'm not quite sure why I had disabled VautWiki the first time, but I had. We'd never really gotten a chance to use it.

After doing an upgrade today, the forums would not load, but the Admin CP would open fine. I flushed our cache, did some system checks, rebuilt styles and all that, and even went so far as to uninstall and reinstall the product. All with the same results. Every forum page loads blank. I currently have template comments visible, so the opening and closing comments for STANDARD ERROR were in the source code, but that's it. There's nothing in my error logs to clear up why this is happening, but I seem to be the only one with this issue.

You probably have no namespaces created. This will trigger a STANDARD_ERROR for admin users. There is a bug in vBulletin 3 that makes this show as blank due to an infinite loop in vBulletin's code. I reported the bug to them, but I don't think it was fixed until very late vB 4.1.

You can resolve the issue by simply creating a namespace as the Default space or by editing the existing Default space so that it is linked to an open forum.
