missing phrase vw_exceed_filesize_error

missing phrase vw_exceed_filesize_error

having a problem with uploads, identical to this one:
https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3480/

but in addition, instead of showing me the proper error message, it is giving me the message "Could not find phrase 'vw_exceed_filesize_error'.

any idea why that phrase would be missing?

If you are getting this error, then you may have a corrupt value for the global max file size. Please fill out the Upgrade Service in the Members Area so that I can try to fix this entry.

Fixed the incorrect size value and the missing phrase in the next release.

When the max size was set by the upgrade script, it was saved as 0.
When the max size was set by the installer and Suhosin was turned on, it was saved as 0.
When the memory_limit setting was set to -1 or to 0, one of two default values should be used, but it was saved as 0 due to type-casting.

Additionally, in a fringe case with certain import data, it was possible to overwrite the max size with an incorrect value when importing from VaultWiki 3.

I have corrected the value on your site. Please let me know if you continue to have issues uploading.
