VW breaks quotes in Tapatalk

I've double checked this by enabling and disabling VW a few times to confirm it.

While VW is enabled, Tapatalk breaks -- any post with a quote in it does not display correctly. I'd take a screenshot, except that's an entirely different device!

Fixed on your site and the next release.

This conflict revealed 3 bugs:
- VaultWiki still modifies some default BB-Codes (like QUOTE) even when those BB-Codes are not present in the tag list (Tapatalk removes them)
- VaultWiki still adds its custom BB-Codes to regular posts even when the parser is set to NOT include custom BB-Codes
- VaultWiki doesn't include custom BB-Codes in wiki pages when the BB-Codes properly check if they should be included
