Templated DIV Attributes Not Applied

When a DIV (or SPAN, and also sometimes TABLE) is included in a page via template, and the HTML-enabled bit of the page does not match the same bit on the template, then the attributes on that DIV will not be applied. If HTML is enabled in both or disabled in both, then there is no issue.

Fixed in the next release.
