Wrong userand time attributed to article edit

After import from vw3 to vw4 some edits have a wrong users and wrong time attributed. I suspect this is related to the various server errors reported after import.

I think I found the reason for the wrong time (on the first edit). Also the importer was attributing new pages to the admin running the import whenever the editor was a guest or the username was changed. Instead, the user should still be attributed as a guest user.

The admin still gets used if the edit does not have a username (and thus no way to map it to the new database).

Better add it to guest or a selected user instead of the admin. I would not want to take responsibility for edits that I did not make.
