Enable Wiki in this forum? For v4

I'm helping a friend set up a Wiki for his forum like how I have it in v3, but in the forum manager in vbulletin I can't find the option: Enable Wiki in this forum?

Is there a way to create a forum that acts as a Wiki article container? Or has that been dropped in v4? I'd like to use namespaces on certain forums. Are namespaces like Areas in v4? How can I give certain areas different namespaces in the URL strucure?

There are no Namespaces in VaultWiki 4 and you don't set up the wiki in the Forum Manager. Use the VaultWiki Admin Panel to do it all.

Areas are the new article containers. You set them up under Structures > Area Manager.
You can "prefix" the URL structure much like a namespace, except you can select any prefix when you create an article. These are under Structures > Prefix Manager. If you only want some prefixes to be allowed in one Area, you can limit them when you edit the options for that Area.

Ok, that is good to know and I will mess around with it later. Is there any way to link to the areas from the forumdisplay? Or will I have to go into vBulletin code to do that?

You can use either vBulletin's Forum Link feature, or you can use VaultWiki Admin Panel > Content > Integration to add wiki areas to forum home.
