Upgrade Progress 113%

I've only noticed this on XenForo upgrades, but deserves some looking into, as it destroys the credibility of the progress bar.

Fixed in the next release. I believe this also occurred in vBulletin, but the % was lower than 113 or the completion pop-up resolved the discrepancy before it could be seen by the user (the popup sets the % = 100 exactly).
