Upgrading Problem

I tried to upgrade to new version and it stalled

There is an execution error. It is stuck at upgrading at 1%. Can you check my account? What should I do? Now I can't use my wiki! Here is the image screen shot http://dustinclients.s3.amazonaws.co...deproblem1.png

Fixed your site and the current release. This occurs when the installer tries to add a PRIMARY KEY to an existing table. The PRIMARY type is not preserved in the add_index method, so it proceeds to attempt creating a named INDEX instead.
