Fixed already as part of: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3427/
That other issue was the bug throwing the exception that this error says must not be thrown.

It should already be in the current release as of this morning. Apologies if you missed it. I have uploaded a newer version of the fix to your site. Let me know if the new version causes any issues.
