php / javascrpt fatal error

Whenever I try and respond to anything on the website today I get a javascript error:

I can't duplicate this issue, but I suspect it has to do with VaultWiki not extending certain BB-Code formatters (we only handle Base, Wysiwyg, and Text).

I have applied a patch to your installation. Please let me know if it helps. I'm applying it to the current build now.

Also fixed in the current release. Download the ZIP again and replace the library/vw directory to resolve the issue.

Please download the ZIP again as I stated in the last post. There is nothing around that line in the default file that should start output early.
