      Uploaded the files for the new beta and notice 2 issues

      1 upgrade still called beta 6 (despite downloading latest)
      2 when wiki enabled

      Fixed #1 in the current build. #2 is a duplicate of: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/3424/
      Conflict noted with [bd] Widget Framework, although there may be others.
      It's also fixed in the current build if you download again, or if you have debug mode enabled:
      • You can change the Execution Order for the VaultWiki init_dependencies plugin to 1 under Development > Code Event Listeners.
      • Save.
      • Disable the listener.
      • Then re-enable it.
