vBulletin 4.2.2 Broke Registrations & Password Recovery

More specifically, reCaptcha is broken in vBulletin 4.2.2. It expects a hash to exist in the database that never actually gets generated.

Further, vBSEO is broken in vBulletin 4.2.2 which causes emails that contain certain links to break and never get sent.

Fixed the reCaptcha issue on our install.
Disabled vBSEO in the vB_Mail class.

Lost 11 days of registrations and sales due to these issues. Not pleased with vB right now.
