Legacy Code Not Parsed in XenForo

After importing (or as of Beta 6 copy-pasting) from MediaWiki, legacy wiki markup doesn't work even when the admin setting is enabled.

Fixed in the next release. I can't be sure how well it works, though. The current legacy parser was designed for a cycle-based parser, not a recursive parser. Either way, the system overall seems to be working. Any specific broken syntax can be handled on a case-by-case basis.
