Issue: Minor edits not saved

A minor edit is not flagged as such when viewing the History tab if the edit was made as an AJAX section edit. If the reason-forcing setting is enabled, checking the minor edit box for AJAX section edits does not satisfy the reason field like it normally would.

This is because the submitted minor value is retrieved before the other AJAX values, and they end up overwriting the minor value. Fixed for the next build by moving the minor retrieval to a later step.
