      vBulletin 4.2.2 Support

Since vBulletin 4.2.2 is now stable, check compatibility with the new version. Since vBulletin 4.2.2 touts PHP 5.4 compliance (finally), update VaultWiki so that callback signatures reflect 4.2.2. Compatibility with earlier versions in this regard is a moot point, since earlier versions would throw their own PHP 5.4 errors anyway.

I have not encountered any problems in locations where VaultWiki sub-classes existing vBulletin classes.

I'm marking this as Closed, as no changes are needed. Since I don't have to do anything to VaultWiki files, it seems that vBulletin did a decent job with picking sensible callback signatures where they found conflicts (although I have noticed they did miss a few).
