Unable to upload attachments

whenever i try to upload/add attachment to the wiki, it gives an error (which also seems to be a missing image for the error icon)

I can't see what the error is however as no message is displayed.

It seems that uploading was broken for XenForo in Beta 5 when we moved VaultWiki to XenForo's index.php. The upload script was still looking for the old VaultWiki location.

Fixed in the next release. It is also fixed on your site, should you want to start using uploads.
