Option to show new wiki comments in 'new posts' tab.

Currently VW adds 2 tabs to the 'new posts' page: new wiki and new wiki comments.
Please add a setting to show the new wiki comments in the new posts tab. Essentially new wiki comments are just forum discussion threads.
Its important to limit the number of tabs, to allow other addons to also display a new content tab.
