Auto-Select Language Icons

Language icons are not intuitively named, so selecting one manually might be a challenge. Create AJAX code that auto-populates the icon field based on the language-code entry (ISO-639-X => ccTLD mapping), includes a preview, and a image-based directory listing while modifying the field.

Since this requires ISO-to-CC mappings (which is not 1:1 and there are a LOT of ISO codes), this has been marked as a major feature even though it only affects the UX of one admin field.

Implemented in the next release. This makes choosing an icon much easier and therefore much more likely for admins to do.

There are still plenty more ISO mappings to handle, but I'll leave those to another release, since IMO it's a lot of busy-work.
