Comment Doesn't Apply to Area Last Update

When making a comment within an area, that area's Last Update field doesn't show the comment. It seems that comments aren't sent up the chain to the area. They just stop at the page.

While this isn't particularly problematic here, the issue could lead to users (or moderators) not receiving notifications of new comments in areas they are watching.

This is the correct behavior.

The incorrect behavior was that comments weren't being applied as last-updates to the pages that they belonged to. The problem was an overriding last DM for page-types that incorrectly assumed the only children a page could have were edits.

The incorrect behavior is fixed in the next release.
