Parser Inconsistencies under vBulletin

The parser properties such as $for and other important wiki-parser properties are not always available when parsing wiki pages under vBulletin. This can cause issues with BB-Codes parsing incorrectly or not at all, given the different behaviors of some BB-Codes between parser types.

Fixed for the next release.
