Issue: Can't Reinstall VaultWiki With Cache Enabled

If XenForo's cache is enabled, and we uninstall VaultWiki to reinstall it, the cache entries are removed from the database but not from the Zend_Cache (in whatever form). Depending on the content of the cache entries, after the reinstall this can result in database errors and other fatal errors.

Fixed the uninstaller in the next release. This cannot be fixed without running the uninstaller, unless you disable XenForo's cache, change the cache prefix, or there is a way for XenForo to clear all its cache entries. Otherwise, you would have to reinstall again.
