Assign to Group Tab under XenForo

Even though XenForo doesn't have social groups, the "Assign to Group" tab appears in the Options menu if a user has permission to use the tab somehow. Clicking the tab throws a fatal error.

Fixed in the next release. The tab will no longer appear under XenForo.
