Icons Missing From XenForo

The "create new" list is missing icons.
Chapter lists are missing icons

In XF template vw_node_create_link, find:

@vw_textdirection.png

Replace with:

Code:

{xen:helper vw-concat, '@vw_textdirection', '.png'}

The rest are in fact missing:
- vault/resources/images/add.png
- vault/resources/images/empty.gif

This issue only applies to XenForo.

Eliminated need for add.png by just using a callToAction button instead.

Saved an error from wiki_asset.php as empty.gif.

Marked as fixed in the next release.
