Admin Can't See Anything When Disabled

If the VaultWiki addon itself is disabled, admins can still visit wiki pages but they are completely blank under XenForo. Under vBulletin, the wiki is unstyled and some errors can occur.

Fixed in the next release. An admin will now also receive the wiki-disabled message that regular users see, but only if the addon is disabled too.
