Wiki Sidebar Should Use XF Sidebar

XenForo already has a persistent sidebar, so it makes no sense for VaultWiki to add its own sidebar on wiki pages. Instead, the existing XF sidebar should be used.

Wrote a generic sidebar view so that these cases can now be handled. Converted existing blocks to the new format. Fixed in the next release.
