Can't Create Pages via Integration Controls

The Create New Page button for the Integration Controls form (managing a header in a forum, thread, page, etc) doesn't do anything. Sniffing the XHR info reveals that the type "integrate" is not valid for the AJAX create UI.

Fixed in the next release.
