Name of Wiki Matches Page Title

When the name of the Wiki matches the name of another page, attempting to view the wiki index always redirects to that page.

This only occurs when the default URL format is used. When getting the URL by page-info, the title is used to fetch the itemkey for the page. When another page matches the itemkey (the index should have none), then the info for that page is used instead. Fixed in the next release. The URL should not be cached when the default format is used, as only the itemkey needs to be cached.
