Issue: XenForo 1.2 Support

Showstopper (fatal) issues are now fixed for 1.2. Side effect is that VaultWiki will no longer work with 1.1 using PHP 5.4 or higher due to Strict Standards.

Diff support added. Also forgot to include in the first post that template hooks were removed in favor of template mods.

Roughly half of all template hooks used have been converted to template mods. However in performing this update, it's worth noting that xen:hook has not yet been removed and still works as expected. Therefore it is not imperative to convert all hooks by Beta 2. There are more pressing issues that need to be addressed for a release, so these can be delayed until a later date or xen:hook stops working entirely.

In the mean time the only thing that needs addressing for a release is Redactor support so that users can still use wiki attachments, and so that the WYSIWYG window follows permissions.

Cool. We'll keep from updating to 1.2 until Beta 3, but anxiously awaiting Beta 2.

Wiki buttons now appear in the editor in 1.2. Will try to fix functionality today.
