Delete picture issue remains

deleting a picture leaves a empty "Wiki" page

So when I updated the update fixed all previously undeleted pictures that left the empty "Wiki" page but now the issues remains and I have new empty "Wiki" pages from deleted entries. Re running the updater doesn't help it wont run the clear script again.

I cannot duplicate the issue here or on your site. If this happens again, please post any error messages that occur during the delete process.
