Last header not displayed

The last header in wiki page articles are not displayed. It'll just leave a blank section for it. Additionally, anything below that header will not be shown either. In the editor, the text is in, so it is not removed.

Fixed in the next release. This also fixed a section edit mismatch (all section edit links had the ID off by 1).
