Wiki Style Generator

Create a tool (automatic & per-stylevar) that auto-fills each stylevar/property based on similar values for a current style. This will make it easier for stylers, since the style automatically customizes itself.

e.g. Some tborder properties should map to vw_block_* in vB3.
