Search Index Not Up-to-Date

Whenever a new page is created or edited, the most recent title / text is not used for the search index. For new pages, the index is blank. For edits, the index contains the previous edit.

Fixed for the next build by calling a reset on the Fetch controller prior to the index call. The fix will not affect existing index entries, but new entries will be indexed correctly.
