vBulletin 3.x Support

Add support for vBulletin 3.x so that users can upgrade to VaultWiki 4 or migrate to XenForo without issue.

- Convert templates
- Add navbar integrations (wiki menu & search)
- Add editor integrations
- Add profile integrations

Dev tool for managing stylevars under vBulletin 3 created, and vB4 stylevars backported.

Profile integrations are working under vB 3.x. The wiki's navbar menu is also now working.

As for templates, still a number to finish converting. Roughly 90% complete.

Templates 100% converted. Testing, style issues, and editor integrations to go.

Style issues mostly worked out, attach button works correctly under vB3, and buttons are grouped properly. Merely need to add the fix for WYSIWYG URL tags and vB3 support should be ready.

Marked as complete. Support for vB3 (and probably vB4 < 4.1.4) in the next release.
