Fixed all but the following:
- WikiCodeList requires FAQ entries that were a missing install step. Should be fixed on demo reset.
- DeadEndPages & MostLinkedPages require a new field in XenForo's xf_content_type_field table in order to work properly. The change will require other content-type references throughout VaultWiki to be updated in order to continue working properly.
