Error 500 - Server Configuration Error
Access to http://www.vaultwiki.org/xf/demo/Demo-and-Amp?do=edit has caused a server configuration error.

Fixed. This occurred when a phrase was added to a page by a template and the cached version of the template was used. Added some additional logic to account for this common scenario.
