Edit and Source are empty

All wiki articles seem to be emtpy when you go to source or edit.

Some articles have no entered content, so the Source and Edit tabs will be empty. Instead of showing an empty article though, default text is used when it renders.

If you find the behavior of a specific Edit tab suspicious, please post a link to the article in question.
